We have a variety of events that are happening throughout the year. Here are a selection of what is coming up.

2012

04 March 1950s themed movie night at Hotel Celebrity in Bournemouth, starting at 6 p.m. with drinks and music, followed by a showing of a classic 1950s movie. Tickets £5 each from 01202 477628. Why not dress up in 1950s fashion and enjoy an evening of entertainment and nostalgia? The event has been organised and will be run by Bournemouth University.

22 April Virgin London Marathon. I am afraid we have no Golden Bond places left for this event.

29 April A Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving at The Priory Christchurch. DOWNLOAD DETAILS HERE

9/10 June Nightrider. An exciting 100 km moonlit cycle ride past London's iconic landmarks. SIGN UP HERE

16 June Macmillan Caring Locally have been invited to take part in the 30th anniversary of the end of the Falklands War. This will take place in Christchurch, details to follow.

21 July The Macmillan Unit Day Centre Craft Fayre - details to follow.

31 August The 10th Sarah Green Golf Tournament at Canford Magna Golf Club.

23 September New Forest Marathon and half Marathon 30th anniversary. To enter go here. If you would like to run this popular and picturesque race for us, we'd love to hear from you.

28 October The BUPA Great South Run takes place in Southsea, Portsmouth. To enter click here. If you are taking part in the Great South Run for us, please let us know so that we can provide you with your running vest and supporter pack.

20 December The Macmillan Unit Carol Service in the Chapel at 2.00 p.m.
